Prices are displayed in your selected local currency and calculated using real-time institutional exchange rates. All bespoke designs, brand insignia, photography, and text content remain the exclusive intellectual property of New Sitara Interprizes. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.
2. Worldwide Shipping Policy
We partner with premier global couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, BlueEx) to ensure fast, secure international transit.

Transit Timelines
- Domestic & Regional Express: 1–3 business days.

3. 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with the fit and craftsmanship of your pieces. If you need a size exchange or return, our process is simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, boxes, and protective packaging intact.
- Requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the delivery timestamp recorded on your tracking ID.
- Timepieces and fine jewelry must include original warranty cards and presentation casing.
